CHICAGO DOGS

What’s more of an American summer tradition than hotdogs at a baseball game? If you’re looking for the perfect summer activity look no further than a Chicago Dogs baseball game! Impact field is conveniently located in Rosemont with easy access to and from all major Chicagoland expressways. Beat the congestion, cost, and chaos of a game at Wrigley and Guaranteed Rate field. The ballpark is relatively small with onsite (only $3) garage parking, impeccable service, and ultra clean facilities and amenities. The experience is sure to be enjoyed by kids and adults. Impact Field caters to families and children with interactive experiences with the players, access to the field prior to the game, a fun mustard mascot named Squeeze (hold the ketchup), merchandise, all the traditional ballpark food you would expect, a kids area filled with games, and of course an exciting baseball game!

Sonny and Amanda attended a Chicago Dogs baseball game this summer and they couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was Sonny’s first game and Amanda’s first time at Impact Field. Parents we cannot stress enough how easy this was to attend with a toddler on a hot summer day. From parking to eating to enjoying the game everything was seamless! We parked for just $3 at the field garage and within minutes were at the front gates of the park. No stroller needed! As adults we’ve attended several professional sporting events and waivered on if two years old was too young to attend a baseball game. We honestly questioned if it was worth the time, money, and stress to go to see the Cubs or the Sox play with our kids. Luckily, we got invited to the Chicago Dogs game by a good friend who hosted us in a suite. This made our decision to try a ball game an easy one. Very low risk and potentially high reward if Sonny enjoyed himself. We have heard wonderful things about Guaranteed Rate field being kid friendly and that would have been our second choice if this opportunity didn’t present itself.

But back to this game… The suite was incredible! The convenience of having onsite food and an air-conditioned space was clutch on an 80-degree sunny day. We enjoyed delicious ballpark food like hotdogs, mac and cheese, pizza, popcorn, cookies, giant pretzels, chips, ice-cream and more! Nothings better than a cold beer and baseball so don’t worry the park has plenty of cold adult beverages too. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy. As previously mentioned, the park is relatively small so there’s not a bad seat in the house! There are plenty of ticket options from single games, group rates, premium seating and more. Ticket prices start at just $9! Making this a bargain compared to a professional sporting event. Enjoy the Rivers Stadium Club for $85 that includes a premium buffet and “all you can drink” beer and wine. The experience is catered to fans and very entertaining. It truly is baseball with everything! In between innings the entertainment on the field kept the game exciting and lively; especially for little ones. Evening games even have a fireworks display!

This is a summer activity that was a blast and we can’t wait to go again.  A Chicago Dogs baseball game is HH approved!
